Therapies utilized in our therapy sessions are; Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye-Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), and Seeking Safety which is a specific program for treating trauma and substance abuse in adolescents. Your daughter will participate in individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy, under the supervision of a licensed professional counselor on a daily basis.
